Over the span of thirteen years Ted Visnic has built over 155 custom homes in the greater Washington D.C. area. His homes can be found in Great Falls and the "Reserve" of McLean, "Avenel" and "Round Hill" in Potomac, and in a variety of counties in Maryland and Virginia. He also built and developed the renowned custom home community of "Marwood" on River Road just west of Potomac Village. In the year 2000 Ted Visnic chaired the NAHB Custom Builder Committee where he continues to serve for a sixth straight year. He also meets with 19 other of the best builders in the U.S. comparing ideas, old and new.
